Inte min favoritbok i Vampyrkrönikan. De första 220 sidorna var enbart sega och innehöll en mängd långradiga beskrivningar om allt möjligt. Men. Efter att jag tagit mig igenom dessa 220 sidor blev boken mycket bättre. Inte nog mycket bättre för att förtjäna en fyra men en stark trea är den helt klart värd. Om man håller på och läser Vampyrkrönikan så känns det som ett måste att läsa denna bok eftersom Armand är med i de flesta böcker och att det är i denna som vi får lära känna honom bättre i Anne Rice-stil.
Ser framemot att läsa Merrick som kommer efter denna.
