This volume presents spectacular stills from films by Austrian director Ulrich Seidl (born 1952). Seidl's trilogy, Paradise, which explores physicality and sexuality, was celebrated at the Cannes and Venice international film festivals. His treatment of the female form evokes that of Lucian Freud.
