THRONE OF GLASS II

The action-packed, heart-wrenching and fantastically addictive sequel to Sarah J. Maas's epic fantasy debut THRONE OF GLASS. Eighteen-year-old Celaena Sardothien is bold, daring and beautiful ? the perfect seductress and the greatest assassin her world has ever known. But though she won the King?s contest and became his champion, Celaena has been granted neither her liberty nor the freedom to follow her heart. Celaena faces a choice that is tearing her to pieces: kill in cold blood for a man she hates, or risk sentencing those she loves to death. Celaena must decide what she will fight for: survival, love or the future of a kingdom. Because an assassin cannot have it all ... And trying to may just destroy her.

“To escape death, she’d became death.”

Re-read 2018.
One word: EPIC.

”Throne of Glass” is amazing, don’t get me wrong but the adventures and action in ”Crown of Midnight” is even greater and the suspense makes it impossible to put the book down.

The last 100 pages HAS to be read in one sitting because they are THAT good. And the last pages, OH MY GOSH. Even though this is the second time I’m reading this series these pages gives me the shivers.

I feel like I have to talk a bit about the characters as well. As I said in my review of TOG I absolutely love Celaena, she’s both fierce, loving and has depth beneath her tough facade. Even though Chaol is a complicated character I got to say that I quite like him, even though I didn’t so much after the first book. Also, Dorian is such a great character and my love for him is endless.

Now I can’t wait to read “Heir of Fire”. According to me the books only gets better and better and I do recommend these books more than any other books. READ THEM! 😂❤️

⭐️I give “Crown of Midnight” by Sarah J. Maas 5/5 rattled stars.
