Jag tycks förflytta mig till Venedig när jag åter får stifta bekantskap med Brunetti och hans mannar i denna skickligt komponerade historia av Donna Leon. Läs den!

Intressant ämne just nu, det romska utanförskapet som uppenbarligen är stadfäst i Italien, liksom i övriga Europa. Men Leon börjar bli lite för trist. Familjen Brunetti myser på med sina måltider, verkar vara tre rätters luncher med vin därtill och sena middagar med vin, oftast avslutade med grappa.
Och det blir sällan några efterverkningar i Guido Brunettis utredningar, allt försvinner bort i den italienska korruptionen.
Jag tror det får räcka nu med Donna Leon även om det är gediget hantverk.

Härlig Venedig-känsla i boken. Intressant problem om hur man hanterar brott begångna av och mot en folkgrupp som helst vill stå utanför lagen.
