Allt som jag ville att Orbach's Fat is a Feminist Issue skulle vara. Intressant och belysande om hur myten om skönhet - detta föränderliga, högst subjektiva och ouppnåeliga ideal - arbetar för att hålla kvinnor (och i allt högre grad män) i schack och bryter ned självförtroende och hälsa. (Och göder 'skönhetsindustrier'.) Även om Wolf's ton är mer konspiratorisk än jag helt kan ta till mig har hon en hel del fascinerande och obehagliga poänger. Helt klart läsvärt och tankeväckande.
