Bobby Bailey has started being lazy, which is driving his parents crazy, especially his mother. He hates to wash his face, brush his teeth, make his bed or clean his room. He doesn't even want to play, so he doesn't have a mess to clean up. His mother thinks of a unique plan that she thinks might cure his laziness. Bobby is ecstatic about the new rules.
