Nyckelordet här är ganska. Den är ganska spännande, Det är en ganska bra Rebus-deckare och den har ett ganska dåligt slut. En helt okej bok som inte når de riktiga höjderna.

Större delen av boken en fyra. Ett trevligt återseende med en gammal vän (som börjar bli till åren). Slutet dock en besvikelse, särskilt med tanke på hur hög standarden brukar vara rakt igenom Rankins böcker. Avslutas som en svag trea. Berättelsen liksom bleknar bort...
