Det här var en fin liten bok. Handlar mycket om barn och att de ska känna att de är närvarande i sina kroppar. Om hur man kan lära sig stänga av jobbiga bråkiga tankar när man ska sova. Och sådant. På Natur och kulturs hemsida finns inspelade övningar att göra tillsammans. Väldigt skönt. Även för oss vuxna. Bra grej.
