The career of playwright Joy Sinclair comes to an abrupt end on an isolated estate in the Scottish Highlands when someone drives and eighteen-inch dirk through her neck. Bra och småspännande. Jag gillar både Barbara Havers och Thomas Lynley. Tycker dock att Elizabeth Georges är alldeles för långa och något sega för att tilltala mig i det långa loppet.
Men en 3:a är absolut boken värd att få i betyg!

Semesterna 10: Inte riktigt min typ av deckare även om sista tredjedelen av boken var helt okej. Jag är helt enkelt inte förtjust i "closed room"-brott som andas alldeles för mycket 50-tals deckare. Jag gillade TV-serien mycket så när Lynley beskrivs som en blond man krockar bilderna....
