Hur kom egentligen "Jane Eyre" till? Hur kom Charlotte Brontë på historien om denna alldagliga unga kvinna? Kanske för att Jane var hennes lärarinna på Lowood School? Och kanske för att Jane hade den avundsvärda möjligheten att se spöken? Men föredrar att ta uppdrag som guvernant hos Mr Rochester - istället för att bli prisad "beacon" hos the Royal Society for the Relocation of Wayward Spirits - vilket Charlotte själv klart skulle ha föredragit. Enligt denna fascinerande, skruvade version av Jane Eyre 🤗

Vår bokcirkelbok (som jag strax ska iväg och diskutera) var verkligen en bok i min smak. Den följer "Jane Eyre" men lägger till författaren själv samt ett stort antal spöken. Synnerligen annorlunda och himla kul! 🤗
