Accidents were awful things. She winked again. The mast was straight; the waves were regular; the lighthouse was upright; but the blot had spread.

boken om?? jacobs rum?? öhhh jag vet inte, jag begriper verkligen ingenting av den här boken, den är totalt märlig och intetsägande för mig... ibland går han in i ett rum, ut ur ett rum, in i en annan stad, in i sin barndom, sitt vuxenliv, eller ja jag fattar ingenting, totalt meningslös bok!
