dålig inspelning av librivox (men är det gratis så får man väl ta lite hackiga spår), fjantig historia. inte alls lika rasistisk som jag hade trott.

Mark Twains språk är helt underbart. Jag fnissar periodvis åt hur författaren väljer att leka med språket. Ett lekfullt och vackert språk är något helt speciellt.

Andra gånger fnissar jag åt Tom Sawyers, Huckleberry Finns och Jims påhitt. Huckleberry Finn är en riktigt humoristisk bok trots att boken ger en ordentlig känga till dåvarande sydstater som hade ett starkt etablerat slav- och klassamhället.

Vissa böcker tröttnar man aldrig på och denna bok är en sådan och det är väl en av anledningarna till att den har blivit en riktigt klassiker.

'Huckleberry Finn' är en fortsättning på 'Tom Sawyer' men saknar det djup och den tidlöshet som fanns hos karaktärerna från början. Historien, som redan kändes för lång i 'Tom Sawyer' verkade aldrig ta slut och de humoristiska inslagen vägde tyvärr inte upp det faktum att boken kändes väldigt seg.
