The manual can be used as (1) a self-instructing training manual for teaching community workers, persons with disabilities and others to set up a small business; (2) a guide for community workers working for government or organizations of disabled persons for teaching persons with disabilities to set up a small business; (3) a reference material for community workers and others when giving advice and assistance to persons with disabilities.
