After being betrayed by Iraq, the presumed dead Ben Adnam defects to Iran to plot his revenge. Adnam plans to steal a submarine and create a new weapon which will cause shocking air disasters in America. To complete his revenge Adnam ensures the blame is placed on Iraq.
