Jag slutade faktiskt läsa boken. Det blev lite rörigt och det är svårt att läsa en romantisk berättelse och en ung kvinnas kamp för sin egen vilja, när slutet är givet sen innan. Man blir liksom inte riktigt intresserad och hoppfull.

Ganska så fantasifull berättelse i samma universum som Alice i Underlandet utspelas i. Återkommande karaktärer från den berömda sagan dyker upp och andra mer eller mindre udda karaktärer. Problemet med boken är att Marissa Meyer tappar bort sig i ungefär i mitten av boken, den röda tråden blir många röda trådar. Sen tack vare att man redan vet slutet, att hon blir den onda drottningen och får överge sina bagardrömmar och hennes drömman, så storyn blir aldrig riktigt överraskande. Men en bra bok ändå.
