Gästabordet - Eating Meeting - is a unique project founded on cooperation between designers and chefs. craftworkers and artists. New charis and tables, glass and tableware, textiles, dishes and menus have all been crated from field, forest and nature´s own larder among the traditional Finnish settlements in Sweden and the Swedish settlements in Finland. Nature and the Nordic climate ecah have their own major part to play in the Gästabordet concept. Different seasons offer different raw ingredients.
