Precis som the long tail är det här mer en analys av något som redan har hänt snarare än något nytt. Men boken sätter ljuset på att kommersiella aktörer ställs inför utmaningar som ingen riktigt vet hur man ska möta. Intressant för alla som någon gång köper eller säljer någonting, på nätet eller i en vanlig affär.
