The Eldar are scattered, a dying race on a long, slow slide into oblivion. The Eldar farseers, though, can see the future - or more particularly, the futures. By manipulating events, they can bring peace, for a time. But they are not powerful any more - so they must find an agent. They must find one very special human, and convince him to do their bidding.
