The Conroy sisters don't have a television, aren't allowed pets and are never taken on holiday. When their parents inherit 5000 pounds and spend it on redecorating the house, Ruth, Naomi, Rachel and Phoebe are dismayed. Sent to Big Grandma's house over summer seems to put a stop to any hope of fun.
