A great book for Country music noobs. The over view of the artists and the evolution of the music is well presented. perhaps not for the already die hard fans, the facts presented in this book should be known to those.
The issue I read ends at 2006, meaning some of the more recent country hits and stars are missing, but that doesn't make it out of date.
A great book to read, and great as a coffee table book
