En klassiker som trots att den har några år på nacken fungerar bra fortfarande. Boken handlar inte bara om rymden utan minst lika mycket om allmän vetenskapshistoria och om livet på jorden. Boken kan liknas vid en inspirerande grundkurs i hur allt har uppstått och hur allt hänger samman. Och man inser att de mirakel som beskrivs i de religiösa texterna faller platt när man jämför med vad naturen kan åstadkomma!
