En riktigt bra bok om att jobba med varandra och skapa win-win situationer i livet samt om hur detta går till och vad man bör fokusera på bland sina uppgifter. Det enda som störde mig var kanske bitarna om privata relationer som ibland i hans mormonska anda utgick från att allt, absolut allt går att lösa bara man vill. Inget om människor utan egen probleminsikt och hur man hjälper dessa.

Den mest självutvecklande boken jag läst på länge! Den utmanar att ta steget ÄNNU en liten bit längre. Att sätta sitt ego åt sidan, verkligen LYSSNA på andra och uppnå synergieffekter i affärsuppgörelser eller i familjen. Jag blev faktiskt överväldigad över den enkla strukturen och därmed stegvis en ökning av medvetenhet i mina egna prioriteringar. Dvs LEVA enligt mina värderingar, prioritera efter värderingar och inte efter "måste-listor". Underbar...
